TFINews24.org Releases the long awaited initial interview and walk-through of the way C1- Construction left the home with KFOR’s Spencer Humphrey.

BLACKWELL, OKLAHOMA (TFINews24.com)- Contractor Charles “Chuck” Wynne has filed for bankruptcy allegedly attempting to circumvent Judge Wilke’s orders to have his attorney come back to court with him June 26th, 2024 in a civil suit. Wynne filed for bankruptcy on May 11, 2024 and sent notices to all the alleged victims, many who he has recently had business dealings with. Those victim’s are alleging he knew he was taking bankruptcy and obtained money through business contracts he never held up and sold a good amount of assets before doing so. Wynne has been under investigation from multiple agencies since March of 2024.

Wynne never showed up to a recent Control Industries Board court in Oklahoma City recently. Wynne instead hired a Gavin Fouts – A Bankruptcy attorney from Oklahoma City and filed bankruptcy on many of the individuals’ that he had recently allegedly embezzled money from. Wynne has also sold much of his property listed on Facebook before filing and many believe he has hidden assets in family members’ names and laundered the money.

At a minimum it appears Wynne has attempted to circumvent the civil case and keep large amounts of cash for work and materials he absconded with in contracts that Wynne was never licensed to do.

Bankruptcy Fraud is when the debtor sells property and or obtains through fraud large amounts of cash and attempts to conceal cash or assets within 90 days of filing bandruptcy. It appears Wynne has been doing this for quite some time as TFINews24.com investigation has shown. Wynne took large amounts of cash and was paid in checks for materials and work he never ultimately provided or finished.

If you have or ever known of anyone to have dealings with Charles “Chuck” Wynne or C1 Construction and had issues or complaints, please contact the Oklahoma’s Attorney General’s Consumer Fraud Division and file a complaint or the Kay County’s sheriff’s office Detective Watkins.
